摘要

The egg blowing machine for removing eggs from their shells in large-scale kitchens and the like includes a needle which pierces the egg shell at two points. A propellant, such as air, is passed into the egg through the needle to blow out the egg contents into a receptacle. The needle is moved up and down by the machine in the direction of the egg so that, in a forward operative position, it punctures a drainage hole and in a retracted operative position it lies inside the egg so that the propellant air can be fed in. The needle has an inner bore running parallel to its longitudinal direction which is connected up to an air supply and has outlet openings opening onto the surface of the needle.
