<p>Oxidn. dye-based hair-dyeing compsns. contain indazolones having formula (I) as couplers, together with standard developers. (where R is H or 1-4C alkyl and X is H, halogen, 1-4C alkyl or amino opt. substd. by 1-4C alkyl. (I) may be used as creams emulsions, gels or solns. (I) form fast, strong yellow to brown shades, are water-soluble, resist storage, are non-toxic and do not irritate skin.</p> |
