PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up shaft supporting structure for a shutter device capable of lightening load on a shutter curtain when the take-up shaft is rotated and promoting durability of the shutter curtain. SOLUTION: When an axial intermediate position of the take-up shaft 30 stored by winding the shutter curtain partitioning a space is supported by a plurality of supporting members 60 to 63, the axial end (the axial end 60B or 60C) at least on one side of at least one of the supporting members (for example, the supporting member 60) is so placed that the axial position thereof is slipped from the axial ends (the axial ends 61B to 63B and 61C to 63C) of the other supporting members (the supporting members 61 to 63).
