PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a membrane/electrolyte jointing body for a solid high polymer fuel cell, capable of simplifying a manufacturing process, and is moreover capable of obtaining superior fuel cell output. SOLUTION: A catalyst layer is formed on at least one surface of the ion exchange membrane. A water-repellent carbon layer is formed on the catalyst layer, by using liquid by dispersing carbon black in solution of a solvent soluble fluorine-containing polymer, having substantially no ion exchange group. |
