Childproof container with dummy cap - and resilient insert removable by finger deformation at the opposite end

A child-proof container, e.g. for pharmaceuticals, comprises a hollow tubular member with an opening at one end, a non-removable dummy cap at the other, and a resilient insert having a hollow part open at one end and tapering towards a closed end for receiving the end of an adult's finger. The insert is air-tightly held in the member and is removable by deformation by a finger. There is pref. a membrane rupturable by finger pressure across the open end of the insert hollow. The hollow section dia. varies pref. from 17 mm to 14 mm and its depth is 20 mm.
