The money box production process is for a box with round holes for coin insertion, enclosed on both sides by flat transparent boxes. The holes are cut in an unperforated plates by means of a tool with a flat foot placed on the plate. The foot has a cutter blade (5) on the free end of a swing arm (4), which can slide at right angles to the flat foot and also turn in relation to it, and which is lockable at the desired angle. The foot can be in the form of a ring (10), straddle by a stirrup (6) in whose centre a round bar (9) rotates and slides, the arm pivoting on its lower end.
