The apparatus contains feed systems for capacitor foils of dielectric with electrode layers and cover foils bounding the capacitor. These components are fed in a parallel stacked manner. The feed systems contain a row of parallel terminals, while a heating device provides the heating of the plastics foils for terminals embedding. The apparatus contains a holding clamp of width corresponding to tat of the contacted foils (5), and several mounting automatic stations for terminals (2, 3). Set back from the foil edges (10) is mounted a heater for the terminals. The holding clamp is firmly connected with a leverage (9), retracting the holding clamp rapidly from the heater, while serving for subsequent pressing of the terminals into the foil.
