PURPOSE:To perform reduction of number of part items, weight decrease, cost down, etc. of a leaf spring, by forming the leaf spring through the integral molding with the mounting part of an axle and the like as the center. CONSTITUTION:A mounting part 1a of a trunnion shaft 2 is formed as a center thickness paddy part 1b, and plural leaf springs 1c of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are extensibly molded from said center thickness paddy part 1b laterally as an integral unit. Accordingly, the necessity for parts of U-bolt, pad, trunnion sheet, etc. can be eliminated, in this way, reduction of number of part items, weight decrease and cost down can be performed. |
