PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of water-containing porous body and improve the humidifying efficiency of a refrigerating chamber by providing an air intake for the refrigerating chamber on a duct unit. CONSTITUTION:Cold air is circulated between a cooler 13 and a refrigerating chamber 7 by a cold air circulating fan 15 and the circulating cold air is supplied to the refrigerating chamber 7 through a duct unit 21 and a water- containing porous body 31 sequentially. Cold air passages 45, 45 are formed in both sides of the duct unit 21 and air intakes 46, 46, communicating with the cold air passages 45, 45, are formed. The air intaking port penetrates through a protecting cover and a damper thermo insulating material 43 and the opening of the same at the side of the refrigerating chamber 7 is enlarged while the opening is choked gradually toward the side of the cold air passage and is deflected so as to run along the cold air passage whereby the intaking of the air for the refrigerating chamber 7 is facilitated. According to this constitution, the cold air, cooled to a temperature below zero by the cooler 13, is mixed with the air of the refrigerating chamber 7 while flowing through the duct unit 21 and the temperature of the same is increased, then, the air is supplied to the water-containing porous body 31. |
