<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the security intensity of electronic data in an electronic manuscript submission system. <P>SOLUTION: This image output device 2 connected to an electronic manuscript submission server 1 for accepting the submission of the electronic data of a document from customer terminal equipment 3, and configured to perform the output processing of the electronic data according to an instruction from the electronic manuscript submission server 1 is provided with: a key storage means for storing a secret key 9 necessary for asymmetrical encryption; a key distribution means for distributing a public key 6 making a pair with the secret key 9 to the customer terminal equipment 3; a data acquisition means for receiving electronic data 7 encrypted by using the public key 6 by the customer terminal equipment 3, and submitted from the customer terminal equipment 3 to the electronic manuscript submission server 1 in such a status that the electronic data are encrypted from the electronic manuscript submission server 1; a decryption means for decrypting the electronic data 7 received by the data acquisition means by using the secret key 9; and an output means for outputting electronic data 5 after decryption by the decryption means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
