<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the selection operation mistake in a copying paper transport passage by allowing a branching means to be selected to the branching position to the first transport passage when the first paper feeding means is mounted, while by allowing the branching means to be selected to the branching position to the second transport passage when the first paper feeding means is not mounted. CONSTITUTION:A branching means (hereinafter referred as selecting plate) 15 is installed on the downstream side of a pair of discharge rollers 14, and the selecting plate 15 turns around a and changes its branching position so alternatively as to select a discharge passage to decide whether selecting shaft 15a, a copying paper sheet P is introduced into a passage for discharge as it is or a passage for the discharge after reversal. When a paper feeding cassette is not mounted, the copying paper P is discharged in the nonreversal state as it is from a discharge port 21 as a second discharge passage. When the paper feeding cassette 8 (first paper feeding means) is mounted, the copying paper sheet P is discharged in the reversal state to the outside from a reversing discharge port (first transport passage) 19 by a pair of reversing discharge rollers 18. Accordingly, the copying paper sheets can be automatically arranged in page order.</p> |
