<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive unit of a simple configuration at a low cost which improves flexibility of design markedly while enabling secured transmission and reception of electric signals between a disk and an external device and improving expandability of a disk utilizing field markedly, a disk signal processing system and a disk thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A first bottom 12 of a central concave part 10 of a disk 1 has a magnet or a magnetic material and at least one electronic function part 4 is set up at the central concave part 10. A first conductive section 2 electrically connected with an electronic function part 4 is set up at the rear face of the first bottom 12. A disk is mounted on a turntable 100. The turntable 100 stores a periphery including the first bottom 12 of the central concave part 10, has a magnetic material or a magnet, and is equipped with a second concave section comprising a second bottom which faces the rear face of the first bottom 12, and has a second conductive section 107 which faces the first conductive section 2.
