PURPOSE:To provide closely attaching force and thinness relating to a conductor layer so as to improve cooling efficiency by forming an insulating layer by the method of flame spraying ceramic on the outside of the conductor layer. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer is formed by flame spraying ceramic, resisting sintering temperature not to react on a conductor at sintering time such as magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, etc., on surfaces of a conductor layer of silver, gold, platinum or an alloy thereof, etc., for coating a dust layer of an oxide superconductor. Next, the conductor layer, formed with the insulating layer, is heated processed at a temperature less than a melting point of the conductor or the oxide superconductor, and a bulk unit is formed by sintering dust of the oxide superconductor. In this way, cooling efficiency, heat resistance and workability resistance are improved, and a high density coil can be obtained to enable also blinding to improve of a refrigerant circulating system. |
