PURPOSE:To facilitate the self-control of a pan in temperature by means of the pan itself, and also facilitate the heating output control of the cooker with no temperature sensor used for an induction heating cooker in regard to the pan which can be heated by induction by the use of the induction cooker. CONSTITUTION:A pan is made of magnetic metallic material composed of a Ni-Cr-Fe series of alloys containing 20 to 50% Ni and 5 to 15% Cr, and its skin resistance is constituted to be changed depending on the temperature of the pan. Namely, when the temperature of the pan comes up to a limit one, magnetic permeability is greatly changed so as to be 1/100 of that for temperature less than a specified one, and the skin resistance is reduced to 1/10 of an original one, so that a calorific value can thereby be reduced to a great extent. In addition, when the pan is gradually lowered in temperature so as to be less than a specified temperature under the aforesaid condition, magnetic permeability is significantly changed, and the skin resistance is also increased, so that the calorific value is thereby increased. The temperature of the pan is controlled by itself to be a specified one with the aforesaid actions repeated. |
