PURPOSE:To suppress overshoot and undershoot without unsharpening the tilt angle of a voltage change at signal switching and to prevent excess current fluctuation to give disturbance to other signal circuits by suppressing an excess current flowing to a diode element at the suppression of overshoot at the suppression of undershoot. CONSTITUTION:When an overshoot takes place in a signal waveform fed from a digital circuit element 1 to a signal filter 6, a diode element 8 is conductive and a voltage rise is limited to the potential of a power supply 9. In this case, the maximum value of a conduction current of the diode element 8 is limited by a resistive element 10 and smoothed by a capacitive element 11 and an inductance element 12, thereby suppressing the maximum value of a current i1 flowing to the power supply 9 sufficiently. Moreover, when an undershoot takes place in a signal waveform fed from the digital circuit element 1 to the signal filter 6, a diode element 7 is conductive and a voltage is restricted to the potential of ground 5. In this case, the maximum value of a current i2 flowing to the diode element 7 is limited by a resistive element 10. |
