PURPOSE:To enable to adjust the titled oscillator by simply positioning one reflecting mirror in parallel to the other reflecting mirror by a method wherein the pair of reflecting mirrors, to be used in common for all the plurality of optical waveguides arranged in parallel to each other, is positioned at both ends of said optical waveguides facing each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of tubes 12, to be used as hollow dielectric waveguides 11, are tied up in parallel to each other, the pair of reflecting mirrors 13 and 14, with which an optical resonator is constituted, are attached to both ends of said tubes 12 in such a manner that the tubes 12 will be interposed between the reflecting mirrors, and the constitution of the multibeam laser oscillator is completed. The reflecting mirror 13 is a total reflection mirror, the other reflecting mirror 14 is a translucent mirror, and a laser beam is emitted from these mirrors. As the pair of reflecting mirrors are used for the laser beam of waveguide type, plane mirrors can be used for them, and the adjustment of the titled oscillator can be done by simply performing a vertical positioning on the center axis of the hollow dielectric waveguide passage 11, thereby enabling to perform the adjusting work very easily and quickly. |
