PURPOSE:To provide a TENPURA-producing method composed of respective processes for weighing ingredients and coating liquid respectively in a suitable amount corresponding to one piece of a TENPURA good, for mixing the coating liquid with the ingredients, for stirring the resultant mixture, for putting it into an oil bath and for frying it, capable of pass-production, suitable for automation and capable of suitably producing fries of mixed ingredient, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a line for producing TENPURA, ingredients and a coating liquid are weighed respectively in a suitable amount corresponding to one piece of a TENPURA good and the coating liquid is poured into the ingredients. After stirring, the stirred mixture of the coating liquid and the ingredients is put into an oil bath and fried while being subjected to stirring forming or dispersing forming in the oil bath. Thus, the objective TENPURA is obtained. |
