<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of realizing easy jamming disposal even when already fixed paper is jammed. SOLUTION: When an upper frame 12 is pressed to a frame 11 with a cam 21, a heater 13 is pressured to a pressure roller 14 through a film 16 by spring force of a spring 18 so as to form a fixing nip, and an upper guide member 23 is moved until a projection part 23c buttes against a stopper part 11a by following the upward turning of the upper frame 12 by the turning of the cam 21 at releasing fixing and pressuring. By turning the member 23 further, the projection part 23c is separated from the stopper part 11a, the member 23 is moved further, and a gap between the member 23 and a lower guide member 24 is widened.</p> |
