The purpose of the present invention is to provide a test apparatus for a flexible device, capable of securing reliability of a mechanical stress test with respect to the flexible device. The test apparatus for a flexible device comprises: a rotation driving unit which generates a rotational force; a rotation unit connected to the rotation driving unit and rotated by the rotational force, supporting a first portion of the flexible device; a curvature jig which supports a second portion of the flexible device, and defines a bent portion of the flexible device as the rotation unit is rotated; and an image capturing unit which captures an image of a semiconductor element of the flexible device located on a curved surface.
