PURPOSE: To surely close a sting on the artery or another tissue. CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of an intra-artery occluder 11 and an exartery occluder 13 which are made of a biologically adaptable material and/or a biologically absorptive material, having saw-like teeth, and which are held at predetermined positions by means of a guide 12 integrally incorporated and extending from the intra-occulder 11. An insertion tool is such that when the exocculder 13 is slid on the guide 12, so as to be fixed to the guide 12 in such a condition that an opening in the tissue of the body is closed thereover, so as to safely cut the guide 12. This tool is provided with a force gage for indicating a closing pressure on the intra-occulder. |
