The present invention relates to a broadband Doherty power amplifier which improves a narrow band problem and has more stable structure. The Doherty power amplifier includes an input terminal for inputting an input signal, a carrier amplifier which comprises an input and an output and has the input connected to the input terminal, and a first transmission line which comprises one end and the other end and has the one end connected to the output of the carrier amplifier. Here, the characteristic impedance of the first transmission line is set to be two times higher than first impedance for maximizing the efficiency of a first transistor of the carrier amplifier.
