The invention relates to a signal arrangement for producing certain signal forms. The inventive arrangement comprises a controllable voltage transformer circuit (4) for producing an output signal (VOUT) having a certain signal form. Said voltage transformer circuit increases the voltage of the output signal thereof according to a first control signal (VH) or decreases said voltage according to a second control signal (VL). The inventive circuit also comprises control means (1-3) which generate the first and second control signal (VH, VL) for the voltage transformer circuit (4) according to a reference signal (VREF) in the form of a pure control device or in the form of a regulation device.
