PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase resolution and the quantity of light.

SOLUTION: In a lens array 50 in which the a plurality of lenses are arranged at least in two rows, an arrangement interval PNof two lenses adjacent in row direction is smaller than an interval PYin the arrangement direction of the lenses. The arrangement interval PNof two lenses adjacent in row direction is smaller than the interval PYin the arrangement direction of the lenses, thus increasing the resolution and the quantity of light.
