<p>PURPOSE:To precisely keep relative position of an electromagnetic coil for generating moving magnetic field and a circulating vessel, to prevent the vibration so as to keep molten steel surface quiet and to efficiently remove non-metallic inclusion by fixing a projecting member arranged at the lower part of the circulating vessel for molten metal to an engaging means in a frame base. CONSTITUTION:At the time of laying a tundish 10 on the frame base 28, a pin 26 arranged to the circulating vessel 14 is engaged with the engaging device 30 in the frame base 28 to surely fix the circulating vessel 14 on the frame base 28. By this method, the effect circulating the molten steel by the moving magnetic field generated with the electromagnetic coil 32 is secured and the non-metallic inclusion in the molten steel A is floated up to the upper center part and separated. The circular outer peripheral side in the molten steel A is clean without containing the non-metallic inclusion and flows into a distributing vessel 18 from part of the weir 20 and is supplied into a mold 16 from the nozzle 24 through a supplying hole 22 and cast.</p> |
