PURPOSE:To provide a brushless motor in which the low productivity and the cost increase due to use of two-part adhesive and a problem on labor hygience can be solved by fixing a plastic magnet in the end surface of a permanent magnet with a hot-melt adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Hot-melt adhesive 17 is partially filled in a gap g1 between a plastic magnet 5 and the end surface of a permanent magnet 1. The hot-melt adhesive is composed mainly of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer which has a long bonding range. Since the plastic magnet 5 is fixed to a rotor 2, it is possible to use an automatic coating machine and at the same time the hot-melt adhesive 17 can be filled in a larger gap as compared to the case where a two-part adhesive is used, the flash of adhesive can be eliminated and productivity can be remarkably increased, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. At the same time such a problem on labor hygience can be solved that the environment for operation is deteriorated by an offensive smell, a rash and the like which have a bad influence upon human body. |
