The container has a region (2) of the outlet valve with a blocking cylinder (6) which acts as a safety feature. The blocking cylinder is actuated by a release switch (24 25) fitted to the container and/or remote from the container such that the blocking cylinder does not hinder the unloading process. Only with a breakdown of the unloading process and the actuation of the release switches is the container unloading process interrupted. The container has a mechanically or electrically operated cylinder.
