FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: a hole should be filled with osseous modulator, soft tissues should be exfoliated against a bone around the hole. As for wound's closure it should be performed due to wound covering as a collagen plate covered with the layer of fibrin glue components which should be applied beneath exfoliated soft tissues. As wound covering one should apply a plate made of equine collagen covered with human fibrinogen, bovine thrombin and bovine aprotinin at the following content of components in 1 sq. cm of plate at 0.5 cm thickness: equine collagen (1.3-2.0 mg), human fibrinogen (4.3-6.7 mg), bovine thrombin (1.5-2.5 IU) bovine aprotinin (0.055-0.087 Ph.Eur.U). The application of the present innovation enables to prevent destruction of alveolar crest, decrease traumaticity level and complications after surgical interference. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 cl, 3 ex |
