PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens that offers a view angle above 100° at the wide-angle end, compactness, and good optical performance over an entire zoom range, and to provide an image capturing device and digital device having the same.SOLUTION: A zoom lens ZL includes a negative first group Gr1 and a positive second group Gr2, and is configured such that, when zooming from the wide-angle end W to the telephoto end T, distance between the first group Gr1 and second group Gr2 decreases and an aperture stop ST moves integrally with the second group Gr2. The first group Gr1 comprises a front group Gr1F and a rear group Gr1R, where a most object-side surface of the rear group Gr1R is convex toward the object side and a most image-side surface of the rear group Gr1R is concave toward the image side. The rear group Gr1R satisfies conditional expressions: -10<(CR1-CR2)/(CR1+CR2)<-1.5, 5<|νp-νn|<60, where CR1 and CR2 represent curvature radii of the most object-side surface and the most image-side surface, respectively, and νp and νn represent Abbe number indicating dispersion of a positive lens and a negative lens of the rear group Gr1R, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
