<p>Title cpds. are of formula (I): and salts of (I) (where R1 and R2 are 1-6C unbranched alkyl, 3-8C branched alkyl, 3-6C alkenyl, or 3-7C cycloalkyl, and R1 may also be H). (I) can be prepd. by (a) condensing an aminophenoxypropane with an isocyanate R2NCO or a cpd. R2NHCOR4 where R4 is 1-4C O-alkyl, 1-4C S alkyl, opt. substd. O Ph, opt. substd. S Ph, NH2, NHR2, NHNH2, or hal; (b) condensing an amine R2NH with an isocyanatophenoxypropane; (c) oxidising a corresp. thioureido analogue; (d) condensing a ureidophenol with an epoxypropane or propylester, etc.</p> |
