PURPOSE:To provide a measuring instrument for displaying a proper kinetic load for each person to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A control part 1 generates a pitch tone for three minutes through a signal tone driving circuit 11 in the pitch previously decided by a signal tone part 10 and corresponding to this pitch tone, the person to be measured performs a stepping board up/down exercise. When the generation of the pitch tone for three minute is finished, the exercise is stopped, and the number of heart rate is measured by a pulse sensor 8. This up/down exercise is performed twice at least while changing the amount of the exercise. The control part 1 calculates a predictive load line showing the relation of the respective number of heart rates corresponding to two times of different exercise amounts, reads out the maximum number of heart rate and the proper number of heart rate previously stored in a ROM2 corresponding to the person to be measures, collates them and calculates the proper kinetic load and optimum kinetic load of the person to be measured. |
