PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative glass sintered sheet and its manufacturing method whereby cracking caused by firing shrinkage is inhibited to extend the life of a furnace and gloss and enough strength are imparted to the obtained decorative glass sintered sheet so that it can be used as an interior and exterior building material. SOLUTION: An opacifying mold-release agent with a particle size of 50-0.5μm is dry-sprayed onto a shelf without pressurizing, glass particles whose particle size is adjusted to achieve a dominant particle size of 1.6-14 mm are filled into the shelf onto which the opacifying mold-release agent has been dry-sprayed, and the filled glass particles are fired under a condition wherein the temperature is adjusted so that the maximum firing temperature does not far exceed the softening point.
