PURPOSE: To prevent the color deflection error due to the peripheral speed difference caused by the adhesion of foreign matter and forming an image having the excellent image quality, by applying the cleaning on the inner peripheral surface of a transfer material conveying belt. CONSTITUTION: Inside a transfer material conveying belt 12 for successively conveying the transfer material (paper sheet) for a photosensitive body drum, an inside cleaner 27 is installed in a tilt state, and scrapes off the foreign matter X adhering on the inside of the transfer material conveying belt 12, and the scraped-off foreign matter X is conveyed on the outside of the transfer material transfer belt 12 automatically by the tilt of the inside cleaner 27, and then recovered by a foreign matter recovery hopper 28. |
