<p>PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic atomizer for atomizing liquid from a vibrating plate by bringing hydrophilic retention material into contact with the plate fixed to a piezoelectric vibrator. CONSTITUTION:When a composite unit having a piezoelectric vibrator 9 and a vibrating plate 10 is driven, the vibrator 9 is vibrated, and its vibration is propagated to the plate 10. Liquid supplied to the plate 10 is atomized via a through hole upon vibration of the plate 10. When the plate 10 is fixed to the vibrator 9, fixing agent is filled even in a small space between the plate 10 and the side of the vibrator 9. Thus, a connecting strength of the plate 10 to the vibrator 9 is increased. In this manner, the connection of the vibrator to the plate is more increased, and hence an atomizing efficiency can be expedited to improve durability.</p> |
