PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic speaker capable of adjusting a distance to an electrode for each place of a vibrating membrane. SOLUTION: The electrostatic speaker (1) comprises: a first electrode (20U) and a second electrode (20L) separately disposed facing each other; a first elastic member (40) provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; the vibrating membrane (10) covering at least a first surface (Pu) facing the first electrode and a second surface (Pd) facing the second electrode constituting the shape of the first elastic member, which can be displaced by electrostatic force; and second elastic members (30U, 30L) respectively provided between the first surface and the first electrode and between the second surface and the second electrode.
