PURPOSE: To make an SEPP driving circuit driving a horizontal deflection circuit in which a static induction type transistor (an SIT) is used operate only by a positive power source. CONSTITUTION: An npn type transistor 3 and a pnp type transitor 5 are connected so as to constitute a complementary amplifier circuit in this device and this device is provided with the driving circuit for a horizontal deflection circuit to which only a positive power source is supplied to the transistor 3 as a collector power source, the horizontal deflection circuit flowing a deflection current to a deflection coil 10 and a resonace capacitor 9 by using a static induction type transistor (an SIT) 7 to whose gate the output of the driving circuit is applied to be subjected to an ON/OFF control and a capacitor 1 connected in series between the output end of the driving circuit and the gate of the SIT 7. Moreover, the SIT 7 is turned OFF by using the charged voltage of the capacitor 1 in the device. |
