PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a sintered structural body, especially a micro-three-dimensional structural body prepd. by applying a photo- molding method. SOLUTION: A powder-mixed photo-curable resin 4 is obtd. by mixing a photo-curable resin and a powder material 101 in a mixing-kneading process S1. As the powder material, a soft lead zircon-titanate compd. is used and a photo-polymn. initiator decomposable by a visible light is incorporated in the photo-curable resin. Then, Photo-irradiation S2 of the powder-mixed photo- curable resin 4 is performed to prepare a required powder-mixed resin molding 2. Then, a sintered structural body is obtd. by processing the prepd. powder-resin molding in a resin removing process S3 and a sintering process S4. It is possible to prepare efficiently and conveniently the sintered structural body being applicable to a micro-machine by this method for preparation. |
