PURPOSE: A skin protective agent is provided. A method for producing the same is also provided. The skin protective agent is suitable for all skin types such as dry skin, oily skin and wet skin and is useful to treating a skin disease such as a discoloration, a wound, a burn, miliaria and eczema. Preferably, the agent has no adverse effect by comprising propolis. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the skin protective agent is characterized by comprising the steps of : mixing 60-80 % of a honey, 15-20 % of an apricot seed extract, 3-10 % of propolis and 2-10 % of royal jelly; centrifuging the mixture at about 20 R. P. M for approximately 20 minutes. The produced skin protective agent shows a protection effect on the skin by applying it to the skin for about 20-30 minutes and followed by washing out.
