PURPOSE:To automatically deburr a curved edge by fitting a deburring unit to a holder unit, fitting the holder unit to the spindle of a machine tool, feeding air from a machine tool air feed port, and operating the air cylinder of the deburring unit for cutting. CONSTITUTION:A deburring unit 10 is connected to the connection section 21 of a holder unit 20, and the shank section 22a of the holder unit 20 is fitted to the spindle 2 of a machine tool 1. The hollow pin 23 of the holder unit 20 is inserted into the air feed port 4 of the fixed section 3 of the machine tool 1. High-pressure air is fed to the air cylinder 13 of the deburring unit 10 via an air feeding circuit 24 and an air circuit 15b from the air feed port 4. A piston rod 14 is advanced, an air motor is operated, and a deburring tool is rotated for cutting. Cutting can be automatically conducted merely by a simple and linear or circular motion. |
