PURPOSE:To obtain a reagent imparting a measured value free from irregularity, sufficiently adsorbed by a solid phase and showing good measuring sensitivity, by successively forming an amino acid layer, a difunctional aldehyde compound layer and an antibody or antigen layer to a carrier. CONSTITUTION:A carrier comprising plastic, glass or ceramics is immersd in an aqueous polyamino acid solution (for example, using polylisine) and subsequently washed. Next, the carrier is immersed in an aqueous solution containing a crosslinkingagent being an aldehyde compound being at least difunctional (e.g., glutaraldehyde) and washed. Further, this carrier is immersed in an aqueous solution containing an antibody or antigen and subsequently washed to obtain a reagent. By this method, the solid phase of this reagent is stabilized and the antigen bonding force thereof is increased and a good result can be obtained in immunological measurement according to a sandwich method. |
