PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system that enables the quick selection of an appropriate customer service person and transmission of request contents in response to the request contents from a user.SOLUTION: An information transmission system according to the present invention transmits a first customer service request including part of accepted request contents to a customer service person by a first information communication unit, transmits a second customer service request by a second information communication unit after the elapse of a first prescribed time from the first customer service request, and transmits the customer service request to a next customer service person if there is no response to the second customer service request even if a second prescribed time has passed from the second customer service request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
