PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-directional switch device such that a good click feeling can be obtained by an operator, which can solve a problem that an enough click feeling can not be obtained because in an ordinal multi-directional switch where a smooth lower face of a projection 53c of a operation component 53 and a smooth upper face of a pressed part 52c of a rubber dome 52a are always in a closely attached condition by being pressed and connected, the pressed portion 52c pressed by the projection 53c in a closely attached condition makes a conical-shaped part 52d be pushed in the diagonally radial direction (the direction of the arrow Z) and buckled, which generates the click feeling. SOLUTION: A case 1, a switch 8 housed in the case 1, an operation component 5 operating the switch 8 by tilt operations to each direction and a rubber dome 3 operated by the tilt operations of the operation component 5 are provided. A sheet material 6 is arranged between the operation component 5 and the dome rubber 3. The sheet material 6 enables a slide motion between the operation component 5 and the sheet material 6 or/and between the rubber dome 3 and the sheet material 6 in the tilt operation of the operation component 5.
