According to an embodiment of the present invention, an emergency release cable for an electric parking brake is connected to an actuator and controlled to be pulled or released depending on drive of the actuator, and comprises a first cable mounted on the actuator and a second cable coupled to the first cable. According to the present invention, a plurality of detachably mountable structures are formed by coupling a cable connected to an actuator to easily release braking power simply by a process of separating a plurality of cables without having a separately manufactured device or tool to release the braking power by disassembling the actuator if an electric parking brake is inoperable while driving a vehicle or when starting to drive the vehicle, thereby allowing a driver to quickly release the braking power and then move the vehicle to prevent secondary harm even if a failure occurs in a dangerous area where numerous vehicles pass.
