A semiconductor memory apparatus is provided to increase layout margin by reducing the configuration related with data input/output and data lines. A semiconductor memory apparatus comprises a first and a second data storing/processing region comprising a memory region in a bank. The first and the second data storing/processing region share a circuit part for data input/output and a signal line for data transmission. The first and the second data storing/processing region are arranged adjacently with each other. The circuit part comprises a control unit(120) and a sense amplifier unit(130). The control unit controls data output of each memory region of the first and the second data storing/processing region. The sense amplifier unit senses and amplifies data outputted through the signal line from each memory region of the first and the second data storing/processing region.
