PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image encoding method for dividing an image into more than one pixels to which the number and the pixel coordinate are respectively given and converting them into data bit string. SOLUTION: Each pixel corresponds to one luminance value and/or color difference value in more than one prescribed luminance values and/or color difference values. The number or pixel coordinate of the pixel having one luminance value and/or color difference value is assigned to each one of the luminance values and/or color difference values.
