The present invention relates to a construction apparatus including a safety function. The construction apparatus includes: a control unit which is controlled by an operator to operate the construction apparatus; a main control valve controlling an arm cylinder which is driven by receiving a signal from the control unit and drives an arm connected to a bucket; a signal transmission unit which is installed between the control unit and the main control valve and transmits the signal of the control unit to the main control valve; a control unit which is installed to be connected to the signal transmission unit and controls the operation of the signal transmission unit; and a sensor unit which is installed to be connected to the control unit and between the arm and a boom rotatably coupled to the arm to measure the distance between the arm and the boom. When the distance measured by the sensor unit is equal to or less than a preset reference distance, the control unit stops an operation of the signal transmission unit to block the signal of the control unit from being transmitted to the main control valve. |
