PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare an easily understandable report by providing a means for storing medical data including first and second image data and remark data and a means for mutually relating to and managing the three of the first and second image data and the remark data. SOLUTION: A data storage means for storing medical data including the first image data of a prescribed first data form for indicating first medical image, the second image data of a prescribed second data form for indicating second medical images selected from the first medical images and the remark data for which information relating to the first and second medical images is recorded or voice recorded is provided. Also, a data management means mutually relating and managing the three of the first image data, the second image data and the remark data is provided. Then, by storing a remark report and a key image making retate to each other and simultaneously displaying them as shown in the figure, an easily understandable remark report is constituted. |
