PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which can suppress substrate noise when mounted on a mounting substrate, does not easily generate cracks, and can advance miniaturization, especially height reduction. SOLUTION: In the multilayer ceramic capacitor 1, first capacitor parts 3 and 4 comprise: a first lamination part where a plurality of ceramic layers extended in a direction parallel to a mounting surface are laminated; and internal electrodes 6 and 7 disposed so as to be piled up through at least one ceramic layer in the first lamination part, wherein a second capacitor part comprises: a second lamination part where a plurality of ceramic layers extended in a direction vertical to the mounting surface are laminated; and a plurality of internal electrodes 11 and 12 disposed so as to be piled up through at least one ceramic layer in the second lamination part.
