PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of an IC card by operating the IC card only with a specified R/W without any mutual verification between the IC card and the R/W. SOLUTION: This IC card provided with a contact input/output part 21 and a non-contact input/output part 22 is provided with a command processing means 23 for checking the presence/absence of specified signal input to the non-contact input/output part 22, normally executing a command from the contact input/output part 21 when there is the specified signal input and not permitting command execution when there is no specified signal input. |
