PURPOSE: A tumbling device onto which a person can stand is provided to devise the promotion of health of legs, and to help a user to release the stress through an interesting game. CONSTITUTION: The tumbling device comprises a disk onto which a person can stand at an A position and a B position to keep the balance between these positions according to a mechanical controller program. When the user deviates from the positions, the action of the tumbling device is stopped under the actuation of a sensor. The tumbling device is rotated and vibrated within a range of 45degree. The program for actuating the tumbling device consists of plural mode files from 1 to 100, and a timer of the tumbling device is set so that the time required to perform the action of the tumbling device is about 0.5 to 2 seconds per one time.
