PURPOSE: To make the proper factor generating a failure state clear without special knowledge and to display the measure in a water supply system having a water faucet and a hot-water supplier. CONSTITUTION: Discharged water data related to discharged water capacity for every water faucet and hot-water supplier and failure data of a failure phenomenon, the factor and repairing method therefor, etc., are inputted, the data is made into a data base (step S62 and S64). Also as for the factor which is not based on the failure of an equipment, the factor is inputted with the phenomenon (step S68). In a failure diagnosis routine (step S80), whether the inputted failure phenomenon is based on the adaptability of a system or based on the failure of an equipment or not is decided based on the calculated discharged water state. Subsequently, a pertinent factor is selected from the plural factors generating the failure phenomenon and the repairing method therefor is displayed. As a result, the proper factor corresponding to the failure phenomenon is selected without special knowledge and a proper repair can be performed. |
